YOUR MIND IS A COMPUTER

              By now, you are no doubt aware that our website, "The-Magic-In-You" is dedicated to helping you realize that the Magic really does lie within each of us. We all possess the means to change our destiny and success in life, by using (only) the tools that we've all had available to us from birth.

For those of you that are Computer savvy, you've learned that if you put Garbage in your PC, that's exactly what you'll get out of your PC. Garbage!! Whether you're a computer novice or a computer Geek, you must be aware that your brain is an extremely advanced "On Board" computer, that you were born with and it works in much the same way as the PC you've purchased.

For the sake of this discussion, let's say that you are looking up an e-mail address or simply sending an email to a friend. By accident, you enter an extra number, letter or simply a period in the address. By now you've learned that while you're operating on the internet, if you don't enter exactly the address you want to reach, you'll not reach your intended destination. A correction will be necesary!

Over the last twenty-five to thirty years, I've worked with not just a few, but hundreds of people from all walks of life. Americans, Foreigners, Students, Business Professionals, Sportsmen at all levels, both men and women, as well as children for sports motivation and improving study skills. These are people who are in search of a way to take control of their life and eliminate unwanted re-occuring mental blocks or problems.

During a first appointment, over the years, I've learned to listen very closely to the dialog that takes place. I'm speaking now about what this person has to say about themselves in regard to why they have come to me for help in the first place.

If you listen closely, you'll hear all sorts of negative comments that are present tense statements about themselves. "I can't do this," "I always do that," "I can't help myself," "I'm always depressed," "I'm afraid" and the list goes on and on.

Now, if our mind is a computer, just as the computer on our desk is a computer, and this computer responds to input placed in it, in just the same manner as our personal computer does, is it any wonder that the feedback we receive in response, is not at all what we're looking for. The reason for the problem is simple. We need to relearn to operate our computer effectively and feed it the information that is compatible to the goals that we are striving to obtain. When you send the intended information to your computer properly, you receive the information from your computer you need to accomplish your goal.

If for whatever reason, you find that you have somehow been putting unintended or improper information into your mind or, "On Board Computer," then it's time to do a bit of "reformatting."-- Wouldn't you Say?

LISTEN UP! If you want to set yourself free, from these unwanted mental blocks, it is vital that you make it your business to listen to your personal dialog, the things you have been saying about yourself. When you realize that you've just said #1 "I can't", #2 "I don't", #3 "I never", #4 "I always do it this way", etc., Right then and there, simply take the time to say to yourself "Cancel, Cancel!" (Only you need to hear what you've just said). At that point in time, begin to change your comment to Past Tense. Some examples might be: #1 "I haven't been able to do this or that", #2 "I've never done this or that", #3 "I have never been able to do that", #4 "I've always done it this way". To your amazement, you'll find that your On Board computer will begin to eliminate your past unwanted negative responses and your life will begin to do a "Cinderalla act" on you.
